1. Who we are

AMDrone Inspections is a drone survey service based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Contact: amdroneinspections@gmail.com or +44 7879 885726.

2. Our service

We capture photos and video of roofs and exteriors using a drone to provide visual evidence of a property's condition. We do not provide official insurance damage reports, structural surveys or repair advice.

3. Prices and bookings

• Packet prices are starting rates for a standard single-house roof.
• The final price depends on your location and any special requirements, and is confirmed with you before the booking is final.
• Payment details are agreed at the time of booking.

4. Permission and access

You confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission for the flight. We may need safe access to a take-off area near the property.

5. Weather, airspace and safety

All flights follow UK CAA rules. We may delay, move or stop a flight at any time because of weather, airspace restrictions, people or animals nearby, or any safety concern. Where we cannot fly for these reasons, we will rearrange at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Your footage

• Photos and video are normally delivered digitally, often the same day.
• You may use them for your own property and to share with contractors or insurers.
• We may use images of your roof in our marketing only if we have your agreement, and we will never show your address or personal details.

8. Liability

We take care to carry out every flight safely and hold the required CAA registrations. Our footage is a visual record only and may not show every defect. We are not responsible for repair decisions made from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
