1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decisions, or send marketing emails or texts without your agreement.
3. Drone footage and other people
We plan flights to avoid filming people and neighbouring homes. If footage includes other people or private areas by accident, we will delete or blur it where we can. If you think you were recorded, contact us and we will help.
4. Who handles your data
We use trusted providers: Web3Forms passes enquiry form messages to our email; Google (Gmail) holds our email; Cloudflare hosts this website and handles security, so it sees visitors' IP addresses; Google Fonts supplies the website fonts; and WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta) process messages if you contact us there. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We share data with others only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
- Customer and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Survey photos and video: only as long as needed to deliver them and deal with queries, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
- We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
- Our host, Cloudflare, may set essential security cookies to protect the site. These do not need your consent.
- When you close the notice on our site, we store a small marker in your browser so it does not show again.
- This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. This means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads, but Google Fonts does not set cookies for this.
- Our links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to other sites with their own privacy and cookie policies.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
8. Changes
We may update this notice and will change the date at the top.
